When rain comes and Cherries are close to being ready to pick, we start getting nervous. The rainwater on the surface of the cherry and climate combine to create conditions that cause the cherries to crack, ruining the crop. One measure we take to try to save the cherries is simply spraying the trees with air accelerate their drying.
